- "Member" or "User" — Any person who has opened an account on f 999 and is using its services.
- "Account" — A member's registered profile, through which all platform services can be accessed.

3.2 Minimum Limits
- Minimum deposit: ৳300 (same for all payment methods).

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

3.5 Refund Policy

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; before withdrawing, ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus may only be usable on specified games or sections.
- Winnings earned from bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
- f 999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.

4.3 Cashback and VIP Benefits
f 999's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum — each with weekly cashback. The cashback amount is calculated on the net loss for that week at the rate for the relevant tier. Example: a Gold tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180.
4.4 Right to Decline a Bonus

Sports and Betting Rules
On f 999, specific conduct rules apply to both sports betting and casino games.
5.1 Bet Outcomes
All bet outcomes are final and cannot be changed except in the case of a technical error. If an event is cancelled or postponed, f 999 will settle that bet in accordance with its own rules.
5.2 Odds Changes
The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed will be used as final; subsequent changes will have no effect. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, that bet will be considered void and the original stake will be returned.
5.3 Multi Bets
In a multi bet, all selections must win together for a payout to be made. If any one selection loses, the entire bet is forfeited.
5.4 Match Fixing and Irregular Betting
If f 999 suspects that a member is involved in match fixing or irregular betting activity, that account will be suspended immediately and the relevant authorities will be notified.
5.5 Game Interruptions
If a game or bet is left incomplete due to loss of internet connection or a device issue, the result will be determined based on the latest data held on f 999's servers.
Prohibited Conduct and Restrictions
All members on f 999 must use the services honestly and transparently. Any of the following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the platform:
6.1 Fraudulent Activity
- Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of the bonus system.
- Making deposits using stolen or another person's payment details.
- Using automated bots or scripts to conduct games or betting.
- Attempting unauthorised access to f 999's systems.
6.2 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

6.3 Other Prohibitions

Terms Amendments and Termination
10.1 Right to Amend Terms
f 999 may partially or fully modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
10.2 Account Closure
A member may request to close their account at any time through the f 999 support team. Any outstanding balance must be settled before the account is closed, and all bonus and wagering requirement processes must be completed.
10.3 Account Closure by f 999
In the event of a violation of these terms and conditions, fraud, or irregular activity, f 999 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice.
